Scrum Master Certified (SMC)
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of practices for IT service management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business. In its current form (known as ITIL 2011 edition), ITIL is published in a series of five core volumes, each of which covers an ITSM lifecycle stage. ITIL underpins ISO/IEC 20000 (previously BS15000), the International Service Management Standard for IT service management, although differences between the two frameworks do exist.
About Course
- To provide students an understanding of the Scrum philosophy and principles.
- To provide a practical understanding of Scrum including roles, meetings, and artifacts.
- To enable participants to implement Scrum in their organizations and use Scrum to manage common issues and roadblocks.
- To prepare participants to take SMC™ exam upon completion of the course.
Course Duration:
The ITIL Foundation course is 3 weeks long. Occurs on Saturdays from 12:30 pm – 5pm. Next set of students begins January 25th, 2020.
